Facebook has taken over Friendfeed

Happy times for all the ex-Googlers around Paul Buchheit. After Facebook has integrated in their own system a Friendfeed-like feed couple of month ago, Facebook has finally aquired Friendfeed for approx. $50.000.000.

Take a look at all the happy guys after signing the papers for the deal.
